Did you know that 50% of women over 50 will suffer from an osteoporosis related fracture in their lifetime? That to me came as a shock when I realised that you can't really work with post menopausal women on the same protocols you use for younger population. It doesn't mean you can't expect a challenging workout, just that you need a proper professional choosing the right exercises and/or modifications and discarding the ones that put your bones more at risk of micro fractures.
