After an injury or surgery, there's usually a critical period of time where doctors and physiotherapists do take the lead. After this period and once the doctor has given clearance, it's time to start the pilates post rehab work. This work is invaluable to regain full range of movement, strength and remain pain free. It is within the first year when we can expect the most dramatic results. But even in the case of old injuries, there's still room for improvement.
